Point Collect Missions

Samurai Shodown R introduces a system called Point Collect Missions to transform players’ everyday in-game activities into meaningful rewards. This system is designed to allow users to steadily earn LumiWave Points not only through core gameplay but also through simple, repeatable daily actions. Whether a player is casually enjoying the game or pursuing long-term progression, the structure supports diverse playstyles.

The Point Collect Missions are organized into three main categories:

1

Daily Missions

Available to users with a LumiWave Pass, these missions refresh every day at midnight (UTC) and consist of simple, intuitive tasks. Examples include staying logged in for 60 minutes, consuming a specific food item like “Giant Sushi,” playing Bounty Hunter Mode twice, earning 50 Honor Points, or reaching 50 Activity Points. Most of these tasks align naturally with routine gameplay, allowing players to accumulate LumiWave Points without any additional effort.

2

Weekly Missions

Also available to LumiWave Pass holders, weekly missions reset regularly and are based on more structured objectives. Unlike dailies, these missions are designed to be completed over the course of a week, offering greater rewards and a stronger sense of accomplishment. Tasks may include playing the Trial Ground mode four times, performing Clan Blessings four times, joining five matches, or defeating 20 Demon-type monsters. Additionally, players can refresh the weekly mission list up to 10 times, providing flexibility to choose missions that best match their interests and gameplay style.

Basic Reward System (No Pass Required)

Even users without a LumiWave Pass can participate in the base reward system. One example is Login Rewards—players with a linked INNO ID receive LumiWave Points simply by logging in daily. Rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox and must be claimed within a limited time before they expire. A streak bonus system is also in place, offering extra rewards on the 3rd and 7th consecutive login days to encourage consistent engagement. This serves as an easy and natural onboarding mechanism into the Web3 ecosystem for casual or new players.

Another key feature of the basic rewards is the Playtime Bonus. Users who stay logged in for at least 60 minutes per day automatically receive additional LumiWave Points—even if they aren’t actively battling. This design is particularly appealing for solo players or those who prefer low-effort engagement, and over time, it allows consistent accumulation of valuable rewards.

In this way, the Point Collect Mission system in Samurai Shodown R is simple yet highly sustainable, offering personalized participation paths for different types of players. Whether someone plays actively, logs in briefly, or is still in the early stages of the game, everyone can earn LumiWave Points in their own way. These points can later be used in various Web3 functionalities—such as DEXs, marketplaces, or NFT minting—serving as a bridge between gameplay and assetization within the broader ecosystem.

Ultimately, this system goes beyond just “rewarding gameplay.” It’s a thoughtfully crafted framework that turns a player’s continued presence in the game into a core engine of the ecosystem itself. And it all begins with the simplest of actions—logging in today, staying for 60 minutes, completing a small quest.

Samurai Shodown R honors every little action a player takes and is pioneering a Web3 gaming future where participation itself becomes value.
