How to connect my external wallet to my INNO account?

How many external wallets can be linked to one INNO account?
A. Each INNO account can be linked to one MetaMask wallet and one Sui wallet. This means that you can have a maximum of two external wallets connected to your INNO account.
Why can't I unlink my external wallet to my INNO account?
A. Once you have linked your wallet, please be aware that it can only be unlinked after a period of 24 HOURS. This is a security measure put in place to ensure the safety of your assets and account.
Points (P2E Game Points) are not reflected on My Page.

How can I change my email address in LumiWave?
A. Changing the email address associated with your LumiWave account is technically impossible. LumiWave operates on a system that does not store email records. Additionally, our platform is designed to utilize Google or Facebook accounts as the basis for creating an LumiWave account.
